"YUZU"

   I like eating fruits, so I like fall season when we can eat many various of fruits. What's your favorite fruits in fall? I like apples and figs etc. I like especially "yuzu". The consumption of yuzu in Japan is the highest in Japan, so I think there are many people who like yuzu.

   Last week, I went to my grandparents' house. There is a tree of "yuzu" in the garden at here. Yuzu to bear fruits, so I and my grandmother harvested these. We harvested a lot of yuzu. My grandmother gave me many yuzu which we harvested together.

   I like "yuzu" food. For example, yuzu hot tea and yuzu jam, yuzu nabe, yuzu udon, yuzu sweet cake, yuzu ice cream etc. I used "yuzu" for some of ingredients of cooking. But a lot of yuzu which I got from my grandmother remained. 

   So I took a yuzu bath last night. I enjoyed the smell of "yuzu" while I was taking a yuzu bath. I was relaxed smelling yuzu. This is very good style of taking a bath, so I recommend you. 

   When I washed my pencase, I gave yuzu to him!

 Hello, everyone.  I’m Amiri Shibata. I live in Hiroshima City now. But until I was about three years old, I lived in Hatsukaichi City near Miyajima. The place where I lived was the distance that Itsukushima Shine can be seen from the balcony. I saw Miyajima Fireworks from the balcony every year. Scientific American : Animal Kids Listen to Their Parents Even before Birth

     Today I listened to a podcast about nature. The main theme is embryos of the animal listen to songs of their animals because embryos try to make the bodies which are suitable for the environment.      The small size of birds which live in the hot place are advantageous, so the parent birds bark to their eggs when it is hot. And embryos listen to and recognize their parents singing. A child born from this egg is smaller than the others.      Many researchers said that embryos have nerve which can recognize sound from their parents.

My pets

  Do you have any pets? Do you like the pets? I have a bird, parakeet. He is 8 years old. The average of life-span of parakeet is 5 to 8 years, so he lives a long life. He has yellow head and blue and green body. The types of parakeet as he looks like are called rainbow parakeet.   I invited him when I was 11 years old. At that time, I wanted to have a parakeet, because my friends have cute parakeet. I asked my mother I want to have a cute parakeet every day, so my mother and my father gave me a very cute parakeet for one of my birthday presents. I was so excited!   His name is pi-yon. He says his own name with a cute voice, so I am healed every day. I taught him songs. I like carp, a baseball team. So I sing and make him to listen a carp song " soreike carp". He remembers it and songs a little. These days I taught him Mickey Mouse March song, but he hasn't song it yet.   He likes eating and playing on a swing and bathing.
